Traffic chaos today due to an accident on motorway. I think someone was hit by a lorry and motorway was shut so took an age to get home.

very boring day today. All I did today was workout and clean my apartment. And today is the first really chilly day of fall boooooooooo!!!!!! no me gusta


I could really go for a big pile of melted cheese! So far I am doing well on my candida diet. I am not that hungry and I don't really have that much in cravings, just an occasional taste for cheese or chocolate. Right now I want some cheese! But they aren't strong cravings

god why does CNN have to be on the tv here at the clubhouse each time I come here to use the internet. I am so SICK of hearing garbage about the shitty presidential election. Who cares? Either way this country will continue to be in the shit hole no matter who wins! The american populace is really fucking dumb

I love that show. Especially those cringeworthy moments when the mom supplies her daughter with "go-go"-juice and pixie-sticks(pageant-crack). So wrong....all those kids eat is cheese-its. Car-crash television...fabulous

Just been to gym and ran for half an hour! I'm slow paced but amazed that I can do this. Those running apps that build you up slowly really work!

Hello all. Spent the weekend at folks. Did check out a totally new apartment but did not feel it. But like I have said, I am in no hurry to move so I can just look around this winter. 8)

I have next three days off work! Nothing special planned for tomorrow, studying and a dentist appointment for a checkup.

Going to get my tetanus shot today. Haven't slept well, my lower back was acting up.. let alone the (still) constant heart burns.

Well they recommend renewing it every 10 years. Its so and so if its necessary at all, I mean if there was a deep cut or an animal bite, they would probably just give you one anyways. But whatever. Its an old shot and well tested. To shock Michele, I also took a flu shot. Uuuuuuuuu I have never taken it before but because of my low white blood cell count.. I wanted it.

I'm not sure if we need injections prior to Mexico. Will see I guess
