my back has been extremely jacked up from work lately so I went to the chiro yesterday and my back is gonna be REALLY sore for a couple of days from the work he did on me. he told me not to do any weight training for a few days, and only light cardio. So yesterday it was so nice out me and Daniel went for a long walk. And then after we went to the store where he insisted we get new sneakers for me to workout in because my new balance sneakers were 7 years old! I got a pair of really sweet reeboks and didn't have to paya dime for them because I had Khol's cash! I cant wait to use them. But I don't think I am going to workout today because my back is still very sore and I have to waitress tonight

I've been walking and such but today I am still taking it easy because of my stomach. Tomorrow I have a massage which will hopefully end the headaches.

Still trying to put on weight but still 7 and a half stone. Eaten lots today though!

Doing really well at gym...my legs are getting stronger, I'm being sculptured and moulded into something....going to look amazing! I do need to eat right though or I'll never lose my belly fat...that's the only bit of me I'm unhappy with.

Another good gym session....totally wouldn't be keeping this up if I wasn't motivated to go to the gym because I get to spend time with someone...he makes me work hard though!

I wish I had this problem!

Anyway, I spent the morning turning the earth in the garden. It's quite a workout, I tell you. I was bathed in sweat by the time I had finished. Now I shall do some crunches and squats and that will be it for today. I want to get back into the habit of working out five times a week, cutting out the crap from my diet, meditating every day, drinking LOTS of water and being outside a lot. The last part will come easily as the weather grows warmer but I'll have to make an effort at the other things.

i really wish I had the time to workout 5 times a week, I wish I had the time to do it at least 3 times a week.

Friday I was so low energy from exhaustion, I had two colonics cancel on me so I took advantage of the time and I gave myself a colonic, which made me feel 10 pounds lighter, I felt like I could float away! And then afterwards I used the infrared exercise bike we have at the spa, which was my only workout session this week Sad but I did have a lot of energy for the first 4 or 5 hours at the restaurant that night, but by 9:30 that night with still 3 hours left in my shift my legs were so tired I had to force them to move.

have an appointment for a physical tomorrow, its been two years, guess I'm not supposed to eat for 12 hours before the appointment? my appointment is at 3:15 pm! I am going to be starving and a grouchy bitch when I see the doctor!

your doctors must suck! you don't eat or drink certain things because when they do bloodwork you can't have anything in there which can give uncertain or useless results

its all that mexican food! I took up boxing and fast walking while in rehab. It toned my arms and my legs feel stronger.

lately I have been very fatigued which I think is from my increased intake in sugar, which I have been having sugar cravings that I have been giving into easily, which has made my candida come back.

Soooo, I need to get myself back on track. Either tomm or weds I will be starting some major cleansing. I am going to do a greens fasting for hopefully 7 days. By greens fasting what I mean is all I will eat is a green smoothie for breakfast and the rest of the day only drink water, green tea, and my greens plus superfood powder drink that I am waiting to get from vitacost. In addition, this week I will also be starting a colon cleanse consisting of doing 6 colonics in 14 days, as well as starting a 30 day deep clean whole body cleanse which I am also waiting to get from vitacost

It's probably a good thing I don't have scales at the flat, I will have lost weight over the weekend. My appetite has come back now and I am trying to eat more again
