theo is an articulate and clever boy. he has a good general knowledge and extensive bank of vocabulary. this is due to the variety of exciting life experiences he has been exposed to. theo likes to share these experiences with the class and does so confidently.
theo can write his first name independently and can copy his surname. theo can spell some simple words and identify words that rhyme.
theo can count correctly to 26, recognise all the colours and many flat shapes including; oval, hexagon and semi-circle.
theo enjoys role play with his peers and shows a good imagination and recall of traditional stories in his play.
theo is a clever boy with good ideas, unfortunately this sometimes gets him into trouble as he forgets to take his turn and listen to others, including the teacher! i am sure this will improve with maturity.
theo will settle well into reception.

i have to ask the teacher what theo has been telling her, 'variety of exciting life experiences'? |

getting up at 4:30 am so I can fly early to Evansville, Indiana, going to audit the systems setup in an office, being checking things out remotely and I have many things I need that computer person to do! too bad we don't grade anymore, I'd be tempted with a B- depending on the state of their inventory, which I'll investigate closely while there |
