They will. But there are 3 of us and often the times just won't fit. Especially if its a weekday. We already used one vacation day for this... to use another... I don't think so Maybe if its in the spring but certainly not this year.

Back to work, my workloads getting culled today, I have mixed feelings about this. It is necessary as I'm supposed to have 1 study day and 1 day related to my nvq and on-the-job learning each week. But not good getting rid of people you've built a working relationship with and that you have put work into only for someone else to take over and get the glory in the end!!

Can't you sort-off get some time to finish your work with said people?

Not really but it worked out ok. Got a slight telling off for putting too much effort into people on the low end of the scale who are assesed as having a low likelihood of reoffending. I treat my people according to their needs and respond accordingly! May have to change my way of working a bit but I refuse to feel bad for doing a good job.
