| It's the helmet-hairdo! she doesn't look like Thatcher! Like the Windsors-he has a horse-like quality to her countenance. Maggie and Liz would wish they had a non-equine smile like Queen B! Look what a pretty lady she was!and still is! | |

| Those inbreds! Monarchy is absolutely useless and expensive. You could justify 1 or 2 royalties, but they have all these relatives pumping money out of citizens pockets as well. Absolutely useless.

| All these faux royal bloodlines are descended from the reptilains and Elizabeth is the worst monster of all! Her thirst for children's blood is insatiable! | |

| all royal houses are related to eachother in some way. Princesses Amalia, Alexia and Arianne(Beatrix' granddaughters) are all in line for sucession to the british Crown! i I have no problem with Royalty-if they start paying taxes. it's not like in Great Birtain where they're still looked upon as something special and hide behind walls. In the Netherlands it's more like a well known family whose ancestors once ruled the country. They're seen as ambasadors of dutch culture and history. The royals don't cost us that much, really. Most of it comes out of their own pockets(They're billionaires) but, the tax-exemption is a bit of a sore point. princess Maxima (future queen consort to king Willem Alexander) once made a remark that, if she started paying taxes over her salary; people would be less inclined to get all worked up about what she spends her money on. i like Maxima. party princess! | |

| HM The Queen is "the" Queen. Period. Nobody is going to mistake the movie "The Queen" and think of anyone other than Elizabeth the second. Here in America its just a given. You just have to say The Queen and everyone knows who she is. | |

| LMAO! Daniella; I'm loyal to the queen of the Netherlands on account of her being a cookie-baking-people-hugging-classy-lady with a big smile, great helmet-hair, still wearing blue eyeshadow and understanding "modern" monarchy. Lizzy's name comes to mind when americans hear the word queen. that's true. But i'm dutch; we have our own queen. But I do honour another Great Queen...
Daniella de Mayfaire, Queen of the Garden(not to be mistaken for the Almighty Queen Jane), patron saint of Maine, Baroness of embroidery, Countess of quilts, Duchess of drag and Empress of extraordinary kindness and wit.
Btw; do you think that royal families carry a "longevity"-gene? They do get really old, don't they? i honestly believe that the prune-err -Elizabeth could easily make it to 100...maybe even 120!or 1000!:P

| That's a lie!they eat entire bodies!
oh btw. yesterday at work, people from the HBO channel came in for a meet and greet. HBO is available on a paid for channel in the Netherlands, now. So; if you're really into american tv-shows and you don't want to be behind the US; you could get HBO for 14,95 amonth. FUCK that! imma download and stream!
anyhoo, the cool part was that, they brought in a giant black, spikey throne, a faux fur mantle and a giant sword-in the style of "game of thrones' and you could get your picture taken. I jumped at the opportunity and sat on the throne, it looked really cool. if i can't get my hands on a digital copy; I'll post a pic. of the pic tomorrow!

| They are rich in their own right. the palaces, jewels, estates, etc. are their own private property. Queen B gets paid 648.000 euros per year. Alex and Maxima get a combined salary of 284.000 euros a year. They have to use that money for their travels, housing visiting ambassadors and the upkeep of their estates and vehicles. I just looked it up and it turns out that Maxima had 4 million in her bankaccount before she married Alex! she was some high-flying financial advisor in New York. - Quote :

when the first pictures of Maxima made the tabloids people were like: how did Prince Potatoe-head get his hands on such a pretty woman!

| Well obviously she has eye for business, that's why! Friday! I have gained few pounds during winter. It happens every year, I just get so tired and depressy (starting from November usually) that I eats mountains and don't feel like moving at all. I am not worried but I am going to be more watchful about food and start using those old legs again. Also summer always makes me lighter because I lose my appetite. When its hot, food is disgusting vs the winter, when everything is so good! | |

| Of course they are. Take away Britain's royalty and the peerage homes and what would England be to tourism? A big ass Ferris wheel? I think not. | |

| The british royals are a joke. T-hirts, mugs and plates! Our royals don't do that shit. They go to work! Just like Rodney of Rotterdam. :P
On a sadder note. prince Friso(Bea's youngest son) has been unconscious for a week and it's very unlikely that he will wake up.
