Speaking of Dan, I noticed on his Facefuck page pictures his sister posted to his wall of the baby his "slag of a simpleton niece" just had. I think it's the fifth by as many different fathers. Poor little thing.

Well I have the junk removal guys coming today to take away the old couch and make way for the new couch and armchair and * my new bookshelf*. I will finally be able to put up the remainder of my beloved books!

Okay so I have a theory. I am either damaged by past or there is something wrong with me. Possibly both. If you haven't found a mate by 30, you belong to either or both of those classes. They (we) are single for a reason! I guess you can only wish that you find someone who can handle the problems (his own) or that the cuts are minor.

Today I went to a date with mr. Egomaniac. He was pretty as a picture and it had totally gone to his head. He put on a show and I did find it amusing but at some point I did tell him that he was shallow. He went quiet and then continued his one man show again. What a douche.

I didn't get my mate until 30.

This is how sick I have been the past few days. I have Not read. Period. Usually if I don't feel good I lie in bed and read and sleep but I have felt to bad to even pick up a book. That is bad for me.

The right one should be the one that brings out the best in you. damaged or not. You put mr.Egomaniac down. The best in you, would smile and tell him you having a good time but that, he should relax. Maybe, that would've put him at ease and stop trying to impress you. Someone that pretty often behaves that way because their looks are their "shields". But he did'nt bring out the best in you. After an emotionally draining home visit (see rant thread!) finished work at 4pm and went to gym. So proud of my progress, can now run for 8 minutes, next time it'll go up to 2 10 minute runs with 5 mins walking in between.

Sheila, I am so glad you called me. After we hung up I thought to myself that I felt like a just talked to a childhood friend I hadn't talked to in a while. I love that we can just start chatting like we talked earlier in the day.

Anne I feel ya on what you are saying. I dont know if it is a coincidence or not that I didnt find a great guy until after I had been doing therapy. I dont think I worked out all my issues cause I didnt have the money to go to therapy often enough, but I think I did well and working through some stuff, and the rest for me is like a small light easy to carry backpack. :)
