No, it is physilogically not possible for what you ate to go through you that fast! Most food spends 2-4 hours in your stomach, then another 15-20 hours going through your small intestine. It takes 20-24 hours for waste from your meal to be produced and in your colon.

When you combo shortly after eating, it is because the act of eating and digesting signals to your colon to empty what it already has in there to make room for more waste material, water, and minerals that will soon be coming down the pike.

So when you combo, it is your yesterdays meal being triggered release because of the meal you are currently digesting.

I am off today, the spa is closed because my russian boss and coworkers are aways for new years. In Russia, New years is a much bigger holiday than christmas and they usually celebrate it for several days long.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend who normally has off on weds, was asked to work today and have off tommorrow instead. they are putting out a new menu and his boss needed him to work today to learn how to make the new entrees.

it really sucks, because this was the first weds I have entirely off and we could have had the ENTIRE day together. But no, his boss had to fuck it up for us, now I wont see him till tommorrow afternoon after I am done my appts for the day.

he told his boss that I am off today and that I would be mad and his boss said "oh well, she will just have to see you on thursday." no mother fucker, I dont sit around at home everyday, I have work too! I cant just at the last minute be changing around my work schedule from week to week to accomodate your restaurant and when you need my bf whom you are only paying $11 an hour!


But I am trying to not be bitter. I got that out now I can go on with my day. lol.

going to the chiro today I havent been adjusted in 4 months. I need it bad especially ever since I have started this new waitressing job. Cant wait to be cracked!

So I have come to the realisation that, I'm being bullied at work. It's been going on for some time, now. The sucky thing is that, it's so hard to prove. Very subtle but, with the desired effect. Stresses me the fuck out. I'm pissy with everybody, I get the flop-sweats for, no apparent reason. If it weren't for my sharp tongue or vocab-arsenal; I would be crying in a corner, everyday :P
They also have a funny way to interpret my words in a negative way. which has resulted in me being on EVERYBODY'S shit-list.and there's nothing I can do to make it stop. I'm seriously considering throwing in the towel but, in this economy..prolly not a good idea.

My sister was severely bullied at her last job, and she is now in the middle of a lawsuit which will most likely be settled to the tune of 3-7 million dollars for my sister. Cha-ching!

Even though she will prob win a shitload of money, she was REALLY put through ALOT of physical and emotional trama that the money really wont ever make up for.

Very busy week this week! I'm glad it's weekend too

grrrrr the restaurant called me out for tonight and I only had 1 appt at the spa today. I really needed to make that cash tonight to buy food and I also need $10 more to cover my rent.

I complained to my apartment manager about my neighbor. My 20 something next door neighbor who is very able bodied for some reason thinks she is entitled to exclusively park in the first spot in front of the building. There is no assigned parking, I dont know why she feels entitled to it, but whenever I park there she gets very irate as if I "deliberately" stole "her spot". The woman who lives below me also has this very same attitude, and both of them often demonstrate their anger issues (the woman below me is the one who I heard abusing her child) and both of them I hear often complaining when either for the first spots are taken up by me.

We all pay the same rent, bitches and we are all able bodied. Even if you have to park a few spots down, it is still really close to the building. All the parking spots are a short walk!

I only get to park in one of the first spots about 2 days a week. sometimes when I Get home and it is available, I still park somewhere else so someone else can park there. Not so much these bitches but more so my other neighbor who is nice and who is also the only person in the building who is a senior citizen.

Anyway, yesterday I was parked in the first spot and when the bitch next door got home she was pisssed I was parked there and she screamed at me through the door "move your car you fucking bitch!" me and my boyfriend were naked at the time, so we werent going out there to talk to her, which I imagine there is no talking or reasoning with this bitch anyways.

This woman has such anger issues I wonder if she will at some point vandalize my car. So I went to the rental office this morning and told them about the attitudes of my two neighbors with the parking and told them exactly what she said to me last night so it is on record so that if this bitch ever vandalizes my car, it is documented that she is causing problems and that she is the one who did it.

these fucking ridiculous ass people!!! Get a life! Find something real and important to be angry about!

I know, that is what a couple of other people said to me. My dad says to stay away from parking in the first spot when it is available. he said it wouldnt be worth my car getting vandalized, no matter how many time I tell the apartment complex, if she were to do something to my car it would still be "he said she said" and the police wouldnt do anything so I would have to pay for it to get fixed and my insurance would go up, blah blah blah
