Egh my publisher had problems with editors. They simply did not have enough of them. I got a freelancer editor appointed to me in December and she is now going through Blood Brothers.

I am trying to write the sequel but I have felt a bit lost. Hopefully I'll found my voice soon.

I am totally heartbroken and furious. For months and months my publisher has kept me waiting and now when I truly confronted them about it, they informed that Blood Brothers will be pushed back because book shops have told them that vampire books do not sell. So I can either offer it elsewhere or wait for better times.

They aren't doing so well and they are short of editors. There is much more behind it I am afraid. Anyways, I haven't gotten any money out of it and I have been made to wait like 1.5 years. So now I demanded at least half of the advance. Luckily they agreed. Apparently according to a lawyer, if they had refused... it would have been my bad for not demanding it sooner.

Anyways, at least I get a free trip to Lisbon. Paid by paperback that never was.

I have send Blood Brothers to few publishers but I am going to finish writing Vallan Veljet and then go with that again. Propably continue with my ebook publisher. What else is there to do?
