i'm learning to do the exact opposite in my therapy, not examining myself and not going to the docs

Well other than when I was preggers, I don't really go to the dr much. And given the fact I have lost a few friends who were under the age of 40 lately, I think it might be time. I am the opposite of a hypochondriac.

i have been the docs three times since Xmas Eve which for me is amazing considering I was going six times a week around Oct; however there is barely a day goes by when I don't fear you-know-what

I dont STUDY my shitting position, I learned the CORRECT position to shit in and I, from now on, shit accordingly. It is as simple as that. And I instruct my colon hydrotherapy clients on the proper position, as well
