yesterday I ate a sprouted grain English muffin with nutella and a banana peanut butter smoothie for breakfast. For lunch I had a spring greens salad with tomatos, cucumber, avocado, mango salsa and goat cheese with red wine vinegarrette. And for dinner we had butternut squash with brown rice and cauliflower with baked chicken breast with melted Colby jack cheese and avocado on top. For dessert I had some 72% dark chocolate. Also had some green tea yesterday (1 cup) and drank lots of water

Today I had a green smoothie for breakfast consisting of spring mix greens, organic carrots (skin on them), golden delicious apple, a banana, raspberries, blueberries, and 1 scoop of vanilla fiber shake.

Right now I am going to exercise with my kettle bell, then before I go into the restaurant I am going to eat for lunch oatmeal with blackberries along with some of the leftover brown rice and squash from last night

maybe I will make some asparagus with the rice as well....

I was really tempted to get a McDonald's on way home today....but resisted. Having pork steaks and roast potatoes instead. And no cola!!! Haven't had any coke for 9 days!

I haven't had coke in...oh wait you are talking about the soft drink right? Never mind

I haven't had a mountain dew in almost 3 weeks. I relapsed for a bit there back in February. Before that I had gone 3 months without it, my longest yet.

I cant remember the last time I craved fast food or even thought about stopping to get it, with the exception of Chipotle, which is healthy fast food!

bowels feeling bitchy so going to drink some senna tea I got from Whole Foods, chocolate flavored appropriately, lol

I have never had senna tea, but many of my clients have tried it to help with constipation before they came to me for colonics

Today I gave myself a colonic and for once I weighed myself before and after it. I lost 1/2 a pound. It was the most productive session I have had the last couple of months!

I don't have a scale at home so this was the first time I weighed myself in a long time. I really need to lose like 8 pounds. I really need to get on the ball with working out!!!

I didn't know you could give yourself a colonic....surely someone else would have more control to make sure there are no accidents!

weighed myself just now butt ass naked, around 166/167, not bad for not doing cardio for almost a month now, I think my leg feels better so going to try to return to cardio next week
