Have to head to the city today. Emphasis on the 'have to' because the rally has arrived to Jyväskylä and our city goes totally mental for it. People drink like mad and everything looks like shit afterwards. Its important for our city but damn it is loud and messy.

They don't feel so delicate when you're pulling my hair and bitch slapping me!

No starvation diets, you'll end up even bigger when you start eating "normally" again! It does work although it takes longer.....but I aim to keep this up long term anyway as I hardly notice the small changes I made.

Just make sensible choices with the occasional treat to keep you going.

Luckily my gym opens on 20th August so I can do a post Vegas fitness regime!

like I said, starvation was perhaps a bit strong. But I have cut most of my salt and Soy Sauce out, all sweets, save for a very occasional modest treat; soup for lunch whereas before it was soup and a roll, no coca cola - i am amazed that i can see results after six days

Sweets have so many calories, if you start looking at how many calories are in various things you can make more sensible choices.

My salvation is I hardly have bread anymore, I have these for my sandwiches now

my only bread now is the one slice of toast in the morning - you need a bit of bread or it's not good for you; reducing the lunchtime soup and a roll to just soup seems to be working wonders though

As they say... payback is a motherfucker. James and I went to the First friday Artwalk downtown yesterday evening in the Arts District. After making fun of fatness yesterday...as I am walking along I turn to my right to look in a window and I see my profile reflected in the plate glass window. POT BELLY PIG!!!

Eck. Today I have been cleaning and shopping stuff for the Heman "party". Tomorrow I am going with my folks to one of my friends 30th birthday party. Round 3 hour drive too so that will take the whole day. Then Monday have to get up early to make ribs and all for the party. No rest for the wicked.
