I'm on a diet - a rather severe one, as I'd like to grab my jawline back, and it hurts. I am so hungry I feel sick. However, it is working already, I can see it in the mirror. My body always reponds rapidly to such starvation methods.

I just got off one and lost a nice amount. three days on four days off. Did it twice and and just taking a bit of a break from it because I am sick to death of plain tuna. This diet does work very well though.

Made shrimp scampi last night. Rick ate it all though. He has been eating a ton lately. I guess cause its hot and he burns more calories during summer? THe other day he had three tuna sandwiches and a ton of chips. He is still the same weight though.

Dont starve yourself people! I lost weight by eating half of what I normally would eat. Instead of 2 pieces of pizza, eat one. Instead of a double cheese burger , eat just a cheese burger. get a small fry or even just sharing a lunch or dinner.

I am going to try. A good sign was when I had my dinner tonight, I was so hungry during the afternoon I felt quesy but I couldn't finish my dinner when I thought I would have wolfed it down, which is a sign my body is adjusting to less amounts of food and my stomach is shrinking, and my not-too-shabby jawline is returning!!

I am going to send you a copy of the diet we did.

so I had bought a living social deal for 25 dollars worth of local organic produce delivered to my door for $12.

I got it today, and I was a bit dissapointed. They told me ahead of time what produce I would get, half of what I got wasnt what they told me I would get. And the romaine lettuce was covered in black soot!!!!! couldnt they wash that shit off before shipping it out? seriously!

and it wasnt as much produce as I thought it would be, so I am still gonna have to buy some more produce when I go food shopping today.
