Well since nobody else had started the new Julien's, I did it (only my second time). Anyway I got home from Montreal late Sunday night. Had a wonderful time. I love that city! It really is quite a bit like visiting France. I am even thinking of moving there one day in the distant future, once the kids are grown up. We went to the planetarium (hot planetarium guide woot!), to the biodome (a indoor zoo basically) the science centre where we saw a real robot which amazed us all by it's ability to recognize us and call us by name after seeing us once...weird! Stayed in a superluxe hotel, the one btw where John and Yoko had their famous "Bed In" years ago. Anyway...fun but exhausting.

Also ate too much so I'm on a "cleanse"...been "comboing" like mad since yesterday and have lost two pounds. Whoever would have thought I was that full of shit?? (Don't answer that :p )

Nicky, where did you go on vacation? I saw that you were away but didn't know where.....

Sheila your trip sounds excellent. I'm starting a cleanse next weekend too, Michele's influenced me!

Yes, I would have to say Michele has influenced me as well though I don't think i am quite ready to go for a colonic and risk a "blow out"! I did a Mary Queen of Scots 'prison pilgrimage', Sheila. Stevie and I went to Edinburgh and hired a car from there and drove all the way to London stopping at various points in her life, including all the castles where she was held prisoner by Elizabeth I; I loved it!

been out today after craig went to the hospital to see the specialist (got the all clear btw) then went to craigs mum and dads where they fed us. got a cm long splinter in my finger though, bloody hurt, had to cut away a right chunk of skin to get it out

I won a Canon Ixus camera last week. Its worth about 100 euros, I sold it to a workmate for 50. I already own a better camera so I do not need it. Still extra 50 euros, I can buy me something nice.
