Blegh. Work sucks ass. My manager is total walkover. Not my problem but it does become my problem when it starts to affect MY work. So: I kinda brought it up now, the entire dpt. is angry with me for bringing up the fact that our manager just can't say "no" and how it's slowing everything down and that improvments are required. So now, I'm the asshole because those lazy fuckers can't go home early or, arrive late for work without consequence. all I seem to do lately, is piss people off by either stating facts or, speak my mind. If you can't handle the truth;stay the fuck away!

I have never actually had salsa verde before.

Next sunday I am having a small gathering at my apartment. 4 of my former coworkers at Inner Spa (2 out of the 4 who like me dont work there anymore) are coming over to get trashed like we did 2 months ago at Elke's house.

I am going to make homeade guacamole from a recipe I have that I have never tried before. I dont really have money to spend on lots of food and drinks for this party so I am just doing the guac with chips and salsa (maybe I will buy green salsa for once!) and I am going to make cupcakes from the organic cake mix I already have at home and I will make a christmas themed cocktail and that is it. Everyone else will have to bring more booze and food. Cant wait! Last time was a blast! Though we wont have a hottub this time but that is ok. If I was making more money right now I would hire a stripper but that is out though I would love to do it.

My Ninja cat has a problem with her eye. Its irritated and the lower part is bit swollen. I am not sure if it came from their play fight last night or if its just infected. Going to the vet tomorrow.

Feel crappy though, I am definitely pre-menstrual. I don't get depressed or in a mood but I want to eat everything in sight! Slight headache too. Early night will help I think.

Thank you all for your sympathies. Still have heard nothing from David or James' family on what they are going to do. Everything has been on hold with me. I started to decorate Sunday night wanting to have everything done when James got here last night. Then when I got the news on Monday everything stopped. The bare garlands are just like I left them. Last night was miserable at the mansion. All I did was think about how much James would have loved it. Plus having to be a smiley and chat with the board and trustees.

Keep yourself busy. That's what I have done when I have lost someone. Of course the silent/night times are the worst. Grief creeps on by... hopefully you don't have to be alone?

Work and good company can be like a cast, you wrap it around grief in order for it to heal.

Stalling for time. I really should be getting ready to go to work...but I really don't wanna AND I have to work tomorrow. well...I don't have to; I volunteered. Been working a lot of extra hours,lately. It's very, very, busy and we're swamped. But instead of acually DOING something about it, all my co-workers do is complain, complan,complain. Plus I feel like crap,again all paranoid,moody and negative. For some reason, I feel that, the WHOLE world is ignoring me and I act like a sour,whiney,bitch because of it. Which tends to scare people away:P.....I need a vacay!

Thinking of working half a day today, but feeling a little bit charged up, co-worker had some extra potatos and a sausage patty so I ate that, then I had some yogurt, then I had a jelly filled donut with my hot chai, so I gotta make my 5th day pledge to hit the gym if only for that donut! lol I'll know by 10 am whether it will be half day for me, then I'll go the gym at 11:15 am and head home after.

got into a car accident today. fucker turned left on the light and clipped my jeep!
im ok if anyone cares. hit and run. fucking assholes. now we have to report it and probably pay for another vehicle. my right shoulder hurts a bit from bracing the steering wheel on impact. Im gonna pig out on pasta and blt's with avacado. what sucks the most is they wouldnt let my man go home! even though i was in an accident! just cause its stupid xmas! he has to deliver.

Came home and added some sparkle to the garlands over the windows. The way I really like to decorate is to do it in stages. Look at what I have done, sit back and look at it for a while and think about whats next. Right now its all frosty and iridescent.

Bitterly cold day here and I am happy to stay in by the fire,, read my book, do my Xmas cards and make curried shrimp for dinner. I thought of inviting The Hot Farmer over as no kids this weekend but I'm not feelin it. I vant to be alone....

I've finished my Xmas shopping. Kids once again have been utterly spoiled but I couldn't resist as some of the pressies were so cool. For example for my little nerdling Will, a science kit that does" The 30 Grossest Science Experiments Ever" and an " alien autopsy kit". He's gonna love it.
