Me too! Cleaning the house. The kids are with their father till Friday and I want it to look shipshape when they come home.

At the moment it looks like it is home to a pack of wild boars.

Nicky and Steve didn't stay here, they stayed in hotel nearby which was pre-booked.

I went there for a meal on Friday which was really nice, on sat I was supposed to meet them in the afternoon to go shopping but I fell asleep! So pet not happy with me...cos I was with the other one in the morning at my flat and we had a drink and stuff... Which is how come I fell asleep. I feel bad about it. He thinks I blew him out for the other one which is not true, but I wasn't very smart. Should have told the other one not to come over at all...

Tired. went to my parents to give my dad his b-day present straight out of work.He was ever so happy with his latest Dan Brown-book
After that, i bumped into a friend and we went to the meagre "Keti koti"(Surinamese for "Cutting Chains") celebrations in Rotterdam. 150th anniversary of the abolishment of slavery in surinam. The dutch have no problem proclaiming the end of Ramadan as a semi-national holiday. but paying attention to surinam...pfffft. I mean come on; It was a colony up to 1975, the dutch were the biggest slave-traders and were one of the last to abolish it. a bit of recognition would'nt go amiss.Okay...the new King did give a speech....:P

Funny thing. My date was in my home last night and basically nothing happened. I got the vibes that he was already away as he is leaving for Roskilde tomorrow so I let him be. It was still a good night. So then I send him a message afterwords that maybe we shall finally 'step on it' when he returns and he was all "I kept sending you messages all night to peak your interest". When did that happen?? What a strange man, he hides his moves like a woman.  I guess I am used to men being easy to follow... but no matter, I will simply switch roles and throw him into right direction.  I did not expect this, he seems like a pretty confident man.

It's quite cold in the early morning, but the days have been quite nice, cool, but nice, about 17 or 18 degrees quite warm for this time of year.

My first hot yoga class ended.. I have never sweat like that before! And I wasn't alone. They had an offer: 5 times for 30 euros so I bought it. Next week I am trying to do 2 classes, one of hot yin and one of hot yoga.  

Alondria, the after credit scene for Iron Man 3 was Tony Stark lying on a psychiatrist couch telling all his problem to Bruce Banner, lol.

ZERO plans for the fourth of July here, though I just got a call from Miguel's brother asking what I'm doing, he said he may stop by, his wife is out of town cause a cousin of hers was killed recently in Mexico so its just him and kids, I welcome their company

 

Nothing planned for today. Funny how there is only little discomfort though hot yoga was such a good workout. Its the heat, muscles are more relaxed and it makes the next morning less painful. They told me that but I did not quite believe it.

That sounds good Taman. I realized this afternoon that it was the 4th of July, so happy 4th of July to all my American friends.

Im stressing myself out like fuck today. I think craig may have been hurt at work but he wont tell me. I think one of the clients may have punched him cos his glasses are broken, i mean they could have been knocked off n stood on but my head goes to the worst

Just ate a lamb burger cooked on my George Foreman indoor grill, it was awesome. And some shrimp I cooked shells one with spices and oil in a giant pan on the stove, they cook real good when you leave the shells on the big jumbo shrimp...mmmmm....

I hope all is ok Alondria, sounds like a scary job he has.

 You know few weeks ago I donated blood and I was so happy about it because I finally could. Because for almost 1.5 years I have been off meds. Anyways yesterday I got a letter that they can't use it because there was an antiglobulin reaction. Translated: blood cells have too many antibodies so it makes determining suitability very difficult. Now it says that for a healthy person this is quite normal, it could have just been a virus but I am not a healthy person. So now it troubles me because this could also be from colitis or whatever... I guess I have to call a doc because I can't shake the feeling off. I hope it was just a virus but damn it.. this might have been the one and only time I could donate and even that failed.
