Craig got paid early so im off out shopping today :) just a few bits and bobs today, i will spend more tomorrow lol

We went to supermarket for a few bits yesterday and it ended up costing £80!! So bad....at least we have food to last a while

Well, got a few bits, got a cute lantern in a sale, new toys for the cat and dog and i got 2 books on offer

I'm not sure why, Kay. I guess it is because I feel like I should give him a chance. He is attractive, rich, generous, kind and spectacular in bed and apparently, he adores me. I have terrible taste in men and the man I chose to marry some years ago was and is a LOSER and ASSHOLE of epic proportions. So I guess I don't trust my own judgment in this department. Of course, I don't really need to be with anyone. But somehow I ended up making a commitment of sorts to Gilderoy so I feel I must follow through at least until I an positive that there is no potential for a future there.

Also there are presents, oysters and champagne.

I don't let my lovers meet my children, Jesse. He has expressed an interest in them and would like to meet them but I don't let people in who I'm not sure will be a permanent part of their lives. I find that quite tawdry and more importantly, they don't need the confusion. I know people who flit from love affair to love affair and the poor kids are left with their heads spinning. Not for me, not for my precious little Bambinos!

Picked up 3 more books today. 4, 5, and 6 of the dexter books. Only 2 pound each, just got to keep my eye out for the rest

I think that's wise. I remember when my mother and father broke up. It was ackward to meet the new men. Luckily I only met one before she found the bloke who she is still with.

Had a good time at the festival. SOAD was very good, very tight.  There are rumors that they are breaking up and these might be their last gigs but who knows.

This week will be busy. Tomorrow I am going back to folks, then I am going to Estonia on Wednesday (cruise) back Thrusday and then I am heading out to Lahti on Friday and won't be back till Sunday. Yikes.

Dragging my fat arse off to bed, got to get up n go shopping, got a lunch time picnic for six to cater for.bof course thats providing one of them doesnt go into labour 5 weeks early ;)

Tad annoyed. I have always had difficulties with people whom you can't predict.Say if you are talking about meeting on some day, I expect it to happen so I clear my schedule for it. Now in this case, the other informs you late, meaning so late you can't make other plans, that plans are off, because they are tired. Often it is just how a person is (not intentional harm), but I cannot stand stuff like that. And need to clear things out because I would never put this up from my friends (nor they from me), let alone some date. Anyways, I won't have to see him for a week. Good.

Going to have breakfast, pack my bags and then drive home.

I was getting a crackling noise on the tv.... I think I fixed it by changing the hdmi lead into the satellite box.... Fingers crossed!!


We're thinking of changing our cars after our holiday....he needs, and I really want him to have a good car, because he uses it for his mobile training business. His current one is 10 years old. Means selling our current cars and pooling our money...I'm thinking to get an older mini....If we insure them both in my name it'll be cheaper as he is classed as a new driver in the uk with no no claims bonus do his own insurance has been really high

AMEN! Anne I am exactly the same way, and it burns me so much when the people I made plans with are so fucking unreliable! It is so rude

I am LOVING the new Larry David show that is on HBO. It is fucking hysterical!!!! Love Larry David! I highly recommend it to everyone if you have HBO

Whenever I make a plan to hang out with someone, I adhere to it come hell or highwater. It's a simple matter of good manners!

I also call when I say I'm going to call and when people don't do the same, it pisses me off no end. If it is a guy I'm dating, or contemplating dating, he is allowed one such transgression and then... boom... into the oubliette with him.

We're up at the cottage for the next few days. No tv, limited internet access, lots of swimming and sunning and messing about in boats. Very nice in small doses.
