Went to see Dark Shadows with my brother this aft. I didn't LOOOOVE it but I did LIKE it quite a bit.

Came home to find a litter of baby raccoons by the barn. I think their mother may have died or something. This happened last summer and we ended up having to feed them kitten food until they got old enough to fend for themselves. Cute little devils, they are!

Also came home to discover an email from Fuckface Ex-Husband where he is asking to divide assets. Well we have already divided assets and he absolutely took me to the goddamned cleaners. I lost YEARS of my life and YEARS of possessions that I bought with my hard-earned money while he sat on his lazy ASS taking advantage of my foolishness and now he wants more. Well fortunately, according to my lawyer, he cannot have it. It is considered "excluded property". But may I just say WHAT A FUCKING SNAKE SONOFWHORE EVIL BITCH that guy is. All my worst fears about him have come true and then some. Every time I think he could not sink any lower into the stinking primordial oooze from whence he crawled at birth, he surprises me.

Only 2 days to the move now, won't know until Thurs am though if it's ready to move in Friday, fingers crossed!

3 home visits today, at 2 off which I had to cope with people smoking....I guess I have some authority to say don't smoke in front of me but it is their own home so I didn't say anything. Just had to drive back to the office with my car windows down! Also was playing with 2 gorgeous staffy puppies that I wanted to steal!

P.s. nervous that it will all come off and go to plan this wknd, not nervous about the place and movin in.

Jane, don't UK/EU employment laws now state you cannot be exposed to smoking as part of your job? That's how they banned it in pubs and restaurants, not for customers but for staff working. How is that supposed to work for you when you are visiting people's homes?

I do think something is in place and I am within my rights to say don't smoke while I am here, it just feels uncomfortable. Plus one of them was my clients mum so she's not even my responsibility as such. Going to check it out with my boss tomorrow.

when we got our central heating done we had a letter before hand saying not to smoke while council employees were in the house. which i think is a bit of a fucking cheek, 'we would ask you to kindly refrain from smoking' would have been more polite

that sucks Sheila. he has to be one of the biggest assholes of all time. How does he live with himself? How does he look himself in the mirror?

It does actually amaze me though, how quickly your divorce proceedings went. Be thankful for that. I would have took him for the type that would have dragged out the proceedings for years and years

I feel so bad for Pequena! My parents are in the process of having the main bathroom remodeled. For the past two days my poor kittie is so frightened from the strangers and all the noise that she has actually been hiding for hours on end underneath my bed (which since Sasha passed away, she never goes underneath my bed! I think because Sasha's scent still lingers in the carpet underneath my bed) and she wont come out for anything, not even to pee or poop. Luckily, she has been holding in her waste because she has not gone underneath my bed.

I was so worried though that she would not be able to hold it in that I got her out from under the bed and took her into the room where the litter box is and closed the door. She let me hold her for several minutes (which she usually only lets me hold her for a few seconds) and she was shaking so much! My poor thing! Under chronic stress and fear! I wish she could understand what is going on and that it is ok

They are sooo cute, Dan. I am having to watch the dogs around them though, not for the sake of the dogs but for the poor little coon kits as they are scared to death!


I would love to do something evil to him, Alondria but every time I ever do anything bad the Gods do seem to punish me! Though I did him a big favour this month by not telling the welfare dept that I gave him an extra one hundred and twenty dollars this month which he did not declare. I could get him into a lot of trouble but it isn't really my style to go tattling on people.

And oh Michele he IS dragging it on! I will never be rid of him it seems. It's really so depressing to me. I've heard it said that often depression is anger turned inward and in this case that sure is true.

Did anyone watch this season's "Dancing with the Stars"? I watched it from the beginning since Katherine Jenkins was in it and now I'm totally in love with Mark Ballast (is that how you spell his name? I spose I should find out since we are now lovahs) her partner. All the routines he choreographs are so stylish and classic and he has this tender way about him.
